CAREnival is an Autism awareness carnival to educate and prepare the general public on the importance of understanding Autism, as well as a special needs friendly carnival for caretakers and family to bring them out to have fun.
In this sense, the carnival acts as a bridge to connect the public and the minority groups of people with special needs in a more light-hearted and educational way.
